Once I receive your enquiry, I will arrange an appointment for your Home Visit.

Your Home Visit will include

- Taking measurements

- Discussing your requirements

- Looking through fabric samples

- Looking at tracks/poles if required

- Answering any questions you might have

After the Home Visit, a no-obligation quote will be emailed to the client within approximately 2-3 days.

If you are happy with the quote and want to go ahead, a 50% deposit is required to book your Make-up slot.

The Make-up slot is usually booked between 6-8 weeks after the Home Visit, however, this may be longer during busy periods. If you have a deadline, I will try my best to accommodate it.

If poles or tracks need to be installed, I have a brilliant fitter who can do this for you. The fitter will bill you directly. There is no obligation to use his service.

Once your project is completed, the final balance is due before delivery or collection.

Once payment is received, an appointment will be made for delivery or collection.

During this appointment, I will hang and dress curtains if needed.

There is no need for you to take your own measurements. I can take all of the relevant measurements on your initial visit. Measurements are required to price your project.
