What happens when I send my enquiry to you?Once I receive your enquiry, I will arrange an appointment for your Home Visit. Your Home Visit will include - Taking measurements - Discussing your requirements - Looking through fabric samples - Looking at tracks/poles if required - Answering any questions you might have After the Home Visit, a no-obligation quote will be emailed to the client within approximately 2-3 days. If you are happy with the quote and want to go ahead, a 50% deposit is required to book your Make-up slot. The Make-up slot is usually booked between 6-8 weeks after the Home Visit, however, this may be longer during busy periods. If you have a deadline, I will try my best to accommodate it. If poles or tracks need to be installed, I have a brilliant fitter who can do this for you. The fitter will bill you directly. There is no obligation to use his service. Once your project is completed, the final balance is due before delivery or collection. Once payment is received, an appointment will be made for delivery or collection. During this appointment, I will hang and dress curtains if needed.

How do I order with you?You can get in touch via email, phone, our contact page or Facebook Messenger.

Do I need to take my own measurements?There is no need for you to take your own measurements. I can take all of the relevant measurements on your initial visit. Measurements are required to price your project.

What type of blind options do you offer?I can create roman, roller, perfect fit and many more blind styles.

How do I choose a fabric?I work with a range of fabric suppliers. During your Home Visit, I can guide you through my fabric sample books and help you make the right choice for your project.

Can I use my own fabric?Yes, I am happy to use a fabric the client has sourced themselves.

Can I order poles and tracks from you?Yes, I have samples of tracks and poles in both wood and metal in various designs.

When are your Home Visits?Home Visits can take place Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm. Evenings and weekend slots are available if required.

How do you accept payment?Bank transfer is preferred, and cash is also accepted.

What is your price range?Cost is individual to every project depending on the customer's requirements. Factors such as fabrics, sizes, linings, tracks or poles and cushion inner pads will affect the total price.

Do you take a deposit?A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your make-up slot.

When is the final payment due?The balance is to be paid before delivery/collection.

Can you work to a budget?Yes, I'll work with you to create a style that will fit your budget.

Can you fit blinds, tracks and/or poles?I work with a brilliant blinds and poles fitter who can offer that service. You pay for his services directly.

Do you hang the curtains for me?Yes, I can hang your curtains for a complete service.
